I took my dog in for a xray due to hind leg limping .
After the x -ray was done received a call from the Radiologist not the Vet he had torn his cruciate leg and to treat conservately
and recommended Beransa a new wonder drug with no side effects. Which i have found out to be complete lie.
We should have been told to have surgery instead its not like his leg would get better by masking the pain. In fact it done more damage
by tearing his lateral miniscus. It seems they are pushing Beransa/Librela for mild arthritis which i am hearing from other vets should be

Worst experience I've ever had at a vets. Unprofessional, secretive with test prices, unhelpful, rude. Don't take your beloved pets to such a disgraceful place.

We had adopted a cat from cat haven and were due to take him back there to have stitches removed. Living in Secret Harbour this was a fair drive, so I called up LarkHill vets to see if they would do it and how much it would cost. "No worries - bring him in, and we won't charge you for them to be removed" - a refreshing and lovely approach. They will be our vets from here on in.

Seen vet Lucy today with my 11 month old dog who is not sure about alot of things. I have to say Lucy is the most caring beautiful vet who seems to really love her job. She has such a great way with animals and put my boy at ease. Well done to you all.

A truly professional practice with ultra modern facilities and best of all, friendly caring staff! It's great to know that the same level of care will be applied to the oldest fluffy pony as is to the most expensive performance horse. Thanks crew!
