would just like to thank Paul and his team for their amazing job on our ensuite they were always on time and did a fantastic job using the hexagon tiles we chose for our floors. Many others tried to warn us against using them but they were quick to say no problems and the end result is amazing. We did have an issue with the plumber we used who broke some tiles to which Paul's team was great he was able to come back in and fix them asap. Will definitely be using them again.
Rocked up 25 mins late and said I got the time wrong, never got back to me with the estimate, a complete time waster, wont go back there again.
Pity you didn't put your real name in but I'm the person who comes out for stonehenge and because we are so busy we often tell people we may be a bit early or a bit late and as you remain anonymous I don't know if you are being truthful about your quote , paul
Believe me you did turn up late and after I told you I would have to leave early to accommodate you, and no you never got back to me with the quote , is that or is that not a complete waste of time (namely mine) ?

Do not use!! Bad customer service.. Management leaves unsupervised apprentices on the job and refuses to rectify their mistakes.. Problems we have encountered. ... Leaking shower recesses (plaster falling off opposite wall on both main bathroom and ensuite) poor leveling in shower, resulting in continual pooling of water Nd mould build up. Shower hob incorrectly made, door can no longer open fully. Tiles falling off vanity base boards in bathroom,ensuite and laundry. Our house is only about 8 years old, Stonehenge tiled it from new... We have had problems from day one, and continue today.. We are now being forced to retile all of our wet areas, something you should not have to do to a young house.. WARNING DO NOT USE THEM STAY AWAY.
You do realise we give an ongoing guarantee and if you had got in touch with us we would have rectified any problems . Most of our Tilers have been with us ten years plus and as you prefer to remain anonymous and DIDNT get in touch with us there's not a lot I can do . Get in touch with us if you are genuine
