Have spent years going to this laser clinic and being satisfied, however in recent times have been very disappointed. Twice this place has messed up my booking and I've turned up and they've either had me in at another time or didn't have the booking. This week I called Thursday and booked in for Saturday. Turned up (despite feeling not great myself on the day) to be told they have no booking for me.

Really unacceptable when you are a mum, work all week and time is precious. And as I said, not the first time.

I have credit in this store and they have refused to transfer to another store and would not give me any details of the manager when I asked for them. Also told me they don't have a head office when I asked for details.

The attitude of those on the desk on Saturday was not needed and the incompetence of the person that took the call and didn't make the booking needs addressing.

Will be going elsewhere from now on.

Staff are uncaring. Cannot even manage eye contact when you walk in until they finish their private conversation. Their receptionist rarely answers the phone. The girl doing my treatment was uninterested and rough. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The level of professionalism at this clinic is highly inadequate and disorganised. The staff members are very lax in their approach towards accommodating for their clients, and rarely answer the phone, return your calls or notify you of upcoming appointments. Upon arriving for appointments, the staff members are always conversing about unrelated work topics or scrolling through their Facebook newsfeed, when there is a full waiting room of clients waiting to receive their treatment.

HORRIBLE staff, especially Kahlia who has taken rudeness to the next level. What a mistake not to read the review first. Never have I been treated so poorly, worst mistake ever to fall for the cheap pre-paid package. The staff who sold the package was actually nice but she left shortly after, surprise surprise. The owner is also lovely over the phone, but the staff are just a joke.

I never write review, but the service at laser clinics Australia at Macquarie Centre was so appalling that I've been compelled to notify others. At my first visit I bought a package of four visits to make it cheaper. I seriously regretted this decision. Over the course of those four visits I was treated to the worst customer service. Each time I arrived for my treatment there were a group of the staff members gossiping at the front counter. The staff were very unprofessional, talking to clients publicly about their treatment schedules across the waiting room for all to hear. Each time I attended an appointment I was made to wait for some time before actually getting treatment (the longest wait was over half an hour) - considering their strict cancellation policy toward clients, I would expect more prompt service.
