DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS BUSINESS I booked in my wedding, had the hair \ makeup trial with the 2 staff assigned It went great, I was happy with the work they did Then 3 days prior to the wedding day, the business management emails me to say they were firing the 2 staff I did my trial with But I can go to Geelong (from Melb) to do a trial with management instead ??!! Who has so much spare time 3 days before their wedding to do that I was organised and had everything booked in ahead of time and it came back to bite me anyway It ended up ok on the day, with the 2 staff being their for us to do our hair\makeup as needed and they were fantastic But such emails are just unprofessional, and as the business management, they should know better I would recommend using another business.
I was so thrilled with LeAsha and the total package I received for my wedding. What a great experience. Not only were they able to accommodate me in what I wanted, which was a little outside the square, but they were professional and caring through the whole process. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
I would like to say what an AMAZING job LeAsha did for my wedding. The ladies were in constant contact leading up to the big day. They were accommodating for this indecisive bride, offering suggestions and buckets load of patience. The big day was just perfect, they calmed me down (a cheeky champers also helped) and made me look and feel like a super styled princess. I cannot thank you enough. You should look forward to lots of upcoming weddings as everyone was asking for your detail. Thanks again LeAsha! xx
Beware! Most unorganised place I have come across while wedding planning. If you want a place that cant even remember your wedding date, find any emails you have sent them, bother replying to you until you send more than one email, and then wont refund your entire deposit if you choose to cancel before its even confirmed then this is your place lol. Save yourself the drama and choose somewhere else.
I am very upset that someone has described Le'Asha to be something it is not . Le'Asha has been doing both hair and makeup for the past 6 years, we have done over 100 weddings and during that time,
we have had nothing but great feedback.
In this particular case, the bride had emailed me regarding the dates for her wedding and her preferred date for a trial, I forward this information onto the hairdresser via email. The hairdresser was on the phone to this bride, so whilst being on the phone she did not have all of the information in front of her, hense why she re asked the date of the wedding. This happened in May 2014. The brides wedding is not until November 2015. I was really shocked and hurt by the nasty emails I had received, and this review. Refunds for the deposit is non refundable, but since she is correct about the
hairdresser re asking her for her wedding date, I refunded 50%.
This is hilarious. Never recieved a phone call from anyone involved but hey just happy to be completely out of this booking luckily in time to have someone more reliable still available. I'm sure other people will find out for themselves
