Dysfunctional & rude, even after a few years of good custom. If you want the best for your pet just dont go there. Certainly even the positive review below says it all with the comment about 'wind blowing your skirt up' - you certainly wont find pleasantness of customer service there from the vet; just feel sorry for the beleaguered staff. There are so many better, efficient, compassionate & excellent vets in the same area as we know from now attending one.

I have been taking my dogs to this vet for over ten years and have always had great service. The vet is honest and to the point (if you want someone to blow wind up your skirt you've come to the wrong place). I started taking my dogs to Lees after a recommendation from one the most intelligent vets in the state. If you want good, honest care for your pet this is the place to go (if you want someone to stroke your ego then go somewhere else).

I received extremely rude and unprofessional service when phoning in regards to a serious issue and when notifying the management of this service they were just as rude. I will not be taking my pets here or recommending their services
