Don't wast your time on the King Cobra scooter from these people .nothing but motor problems warranty parts arrive damaged wasting time on your warranty

Avoid purchasing from here unless you have an alternative means of obtaining service and parts. My mum's scooter was poorly assembled, with untightened screws and incorrectly fitted parts, one of which fell off within 8 weeks and another close to doing the same. After 2 calls and a visit to the shop over a 4 day period, she was eventually given the mobile number of their mechanic to make her own arrangements for an inspection. The mechanic failed to answer or return calls, and it was only after a call by me to the service manager that a site visit was booked. She was then advised the part would require ordering from interstate. After a further 3 days waiting, she contacted the shop only to be told the part had yet to arrive. At the time of writing, 6 days after the site visit and 2+ weeks since initial contact, she is still waiting. There has been no offer of a replacement unit nor compensation, and is having difficulty walking to bus stops to visit my father in an aged care facility.
