Had terrible experience with this company. Spa broke down after purchasing new within warranty period. Was told different things each time i called them to come and look at it. They came to my property without arrangements to meet me. After I asked them to call first. End result several things wrong with spa. Not working and am looking at a lot of money to fix. When trying to rectify problem was insulted and 3 months later not resolved. Not a happy customer
this spa had a ant infestation in the electronic system. when customer was advised we where accused of putting the ants in there .very confusing response from customer. heater manufacturer said not a warranty claim. QCAT advised we had helped in every way we could, we offered customer cost price for replacement part to help the situation. customer was advised by Qcat that we had been generous with our offer. customer at first accepted the offer to buy at cost then later refused to pay for it. at this point we declined from any more contact with her.
