Linear For Hair

I have booked the appointment with Linear at 3.00PM. When I went there they told me I was booked at 2.45. And then they were saying that I have missed my appointment so I can wait 4PM... When I was booking the appointment we were in the car and phone has connected to Bluetooth and my husband also confirmed that appointment at 3Pm... worst service ever and the Asian lady in the reception was bit rude and not sorry even... So angry making me all the way to come there and saying u are not booked??????

Last Saturday, I booked an appointment with my hairdresser Helen. When I got to my appointment only then they chose to inform me that Helen was no longer working there. I felt like they tricked me into turning up, booking me in and knowing very well the hairdresser had left days before. So my initial booking was only for a wash & blow wave. Fine I needed it done and agreed to see someone else. The older man Elee comes along and says he just needs to "fix" my haircut. If his definition of fixing is instead butchering, thats exactly what he did. He cut the original style out and cut it way to short. I feel like an old old lady. Don't trust apprentices to do your hair ! I got full head foils and later when I went home I realised bits of my hair had fallen off and it looked horrible! My hair had been burnt and had layers going through . I advise who ever wants to get foils to get a professional to do it even if it means paying more!

Sadly after going there for a few years i have chosen to leave this salon.... in my last two visits there the price went up over $100... i got sick of being told how hard it was to do my hair because it was thick.. blah blah blah.. .. When i questioned the first price rise they said they were using new products... the next time i was told it was because they did an up do,,, hello they put two bobby pins in the side.. and this time charged me over $250 for my usual $150 package.. they also said it was because the cut cost $70.. the cut that was part of the package and involved about 1cm off. In the end i felt they just didn't want to be bothered with me. I have spent a lot of money there over the years.. buying product, hair straightener and in the end they just keep trying to milk me for more. I will never go here again. I had my hair died here before I was due to get my hair extentions done in port melbourne. I came out orange roots brown grey and blonde? I complained and had my hair re done and it looked the exact same. I can't believe they allowed me to walk out the way I looked and still made me pay! I will never ever go back here!
