For a small business advertising as having chic and elegant women’s wear - the same cannot be said for the service of their patrons. I would implore the elderly assistant to adopt a more approachable and less judgmental tone towards her customers. Small businesses survive on the return and recommendation of locals. I can say I will do neither.
