Don't use tham at all costs!!! They will just keep making excuses why they dont show up for booked appointments.
Want upfront payments for parts then never come to do the job when booked in and don't bother to let you know they are not coming.
Service appointment on a monday, three failed attempts and after a week later still no show!!!
You will have to keep chasing them as there is no customer service or updates and it totally amazes me how they are still in business.

Do no deal with Lismore Appliances. I ordered a plastic fridge shelf online and it arrived all broken. An Australia Post investigation found the item was packed loose in the box with no protection. Lismore appliances ignored my continual stream of emails and here I am 6 months later, still without a fridge shelf. After declaring that I would start writing bad reviews back in early January, I magically had a call From Lucas stating that I would have the item I 15 days.
Please stay away from these people, they are dodgy as he'll.
