Low Cost Conveyancing Services

Recently dealt with Ashley from Low Cost Conveyancing. Please stay away. Quoted under $1000 which was then charged $3000 including $250 for a bank cheque and final statement which he won't provide unless I remove the google review. He banned me from ringing his office or staff to request the statement. He is the most arrogant, unhelpful inconsiderate and incompetent person I have ever dealt with. If you think your going to save money, you will be paying more than you ever thought. Just look him up on google and his name is plastered all over regarding issues with consumer affairs. Wish I saw that before.

I am compiling this review to warn others about the lack of any professional ethics contained within this business. Having unfortunately had dealings with them recently i found them to be only concerned with themselves and monitary gain.They lack any customer service, integrity,morals,honesty and human decency.Please go elsewhere and find a professional business.

Very good service and information from them. I was emailed documents with informative instructions and found the whole thing, quite easy and relatively stress free. The staff seemed friendly and knowledgable. Recommend.

The house we bought finished Friday. Our bill ended up being a bit higher because we asked to get some things changed, but they sent us notifications about it and we were happy as we wanted it done. The advice was sound and the service very good. I spoke with a couple of ladies there and they were very pleasant. Overall above average and happy to say that.

Kudos to Ashley and the team at Low Cost conveyancing. Just dealt with them for the first time on a friend's recommendation and an awesome experience.
