The shop had been sold to the other person - the former management left without saying anything, I got a gift card from my friend, and I went here to get my nails done but the new management didn't accept the gift card purchased from The former. The service was too rough. The acrylic tips went off after three days, then I went back to complain and got charged extra 10 bucks! Definitely never come back!!!
There was a staff, had a really good sense of customer service, I had my set done nicely. But the shop management has an unacceptable interfering attitude. I had a gift ticket, which costs me around 50 dollars and only want a fullset, but the shop management kepts asking me to have more service to make the price equal to gift value, declining to pay back the remaining values. The quality of the products is quite poor.
Not for the fussy type! Initially i call up the place to see if they use the material i am after, they "assure" me they do only to get there & find out they don't. I find out this after my nails are already filed down way more than my liking & squared off terribly, communication was hard. Enter at own risk.
I had acrylic nails applied on Friday. The nails were too large for my fingers and despite asking twice that the nails followed the contour of my natural nail I ended up with fat, square nails which look hideous. Not only that, the clear top coat had bubbles in it when it dried and after 3 days the polish started peeling.
I'm now left with the extra cost of having to get them removed and new ones applied.
Despite wanting to support a local business, will never return to this salon again.
