Absolutely disgraceful to deal with in every aspect, extremely poor service/product/warranty/communication. Nothing good to say about this company, 1/2 star because this review wouldn’t let me give a zero

If you want quality work from people that take pride in what they do, then go elsewhere, you’ll not get that from MGH.

They use subpar contractors, blame everything on everyone else, leave you to deal with all the issues and fixes. Once you have paid, forget about customer service or assistance.
If you are looking to build a modern home with quality finishes, go elsewhere, go to a builder that is experienced with “modern” and “quality”.

We still have many issues but refuse to have their useless subcontractors come out for the 4th time.

Absolutely terrrible experience with them. The owner Aaron Is all smiles and disappears as soon as you start the build and sign the contract. Won't talk with you and when they make mistakes they make out it's not their fault. Do not build with them. The Dept of Fair Trading is all over his buildings for dodgy work.

Horrendous experience - stay right away!
