We were very happy with this company up until we had our house cleaned for the first time and were unhappy with the quality of the cleaning. We were unhappy with the attention to detail as the sinks in the kitchen and bathroom weren't wiped down properly, dog hair was still left all over the tiles etc. when we requested to try another cleaner the company said we needed to have someone there longer so they would do a better job. We reiterated it wasn't the quantity of cleaning that was the issue but the quality of what was cleaned. We agreed to add more time but still requested a new cleaner. We never heard from them again. They are lovely until you are unhappy with something and then they aren't willing to work with their customers to rectify the situation. Would not recommend this company if you want good quality house cleaning!
Dear Jane We pride ourselves on our high level of customer care and quality, and we take all grievances seriously. From the start we explained our concerns re a 2hour clean being allocated for your home: 2storey, 3 bed, 1 study, 1 main bathroom, 1 ensuite, toilet, kitchen/meals/living area. We advised that it was not enough time to do a thorough job. We gave you a quote for 2.5-3hrs, you still insisted on 2hrs. We always recommend a longer first clean which once again you chose not to do. On the very first clean, the cleaner commented that the mop provided by you was full of dog hair, under the circumstances she did the best she could. Another cleaner was promptly allocated for a subsequent clean, and you were informed of this fact via email. The new cleaner attempted to contact you, leaving two voicemail messages, which went unanswered by yourself. Once again we are sorry that we were not able to help you and wish you all the best.
Maid in Melbourne with out you guys my house would be a disaster, im still shocked to this day on how well you make every thing shine, face it i wouldn't know how to clean my house if my life depended on it ha ha plus on my age , but serious thank you for always cleaning my house.
