Great staff, fantastic range and reasonable prices. Within 30 seconds of walking in, I was being attended to by a young staff member. He had great manners and knew all about his product. After the process of buying my suit and other outfits, i was happy with the overall experience and quality of the service. You shall be seeing me again soon Male Manor!
Bought a suit that required alteration..alteration fine but on return to pick up the suit the suit coat had been replaced with one 2 sizes smaller..still at a LOSS to understand how that could happen !! staff were happy to rectify mistake.Not happy though with the management's response to another issue of supplying a shirt ordered 2 weeks prior with the suit..rang before.. spoke with the management who confirmed it was in store and ready to collect..Arrived to pick up after call and the shirt wasn't there.found the management rude ,would not make self available to discuss.However lucky they had a helpful young staff member who went out of their way to rectify and the shirt was in store to collect 24 hrs later..Sorry male manor we have purchased 3 suits in store before BUT that was the last time I will walk into your store.Young staff member set better example than store management..
Terrible.. This is the worst retail shop I have been in for a long time. I have always had a bad experience walking into this shop with a retail staff that are way to pushy. Over staffed.
