Very appalled with the poor level of customer service after receiving defective cufflinks we ordered for our wedding. The order was missing pieces . When we contacted Benjamin to fix this problem staff was very rude and insisted that it must of been our fault and wanted to charge us the additional price for the correct items which we had a receipt already for??? No thanks for ruining our groom parties order. Lesson learned we will stick to a more reputable jewelers in the future.
