We went there and all ordered. The boys got pizzas and they said they were delicious. I got beer battered fish with chips and the fish itself was nice but I had to take it out of the batter as that wasn't nice.
We then ordered wedges to tie us over till dinner and we asked for the sour cream and sweet chilli sauce to be seperate, they weren't very nice about it as it seemed a difficult task and said they couldn't do it. When we got our meal they had separated it.
I ordered nachos for $11.50 & my husband ordered Barramundi. The price on the menu said $17.50 but we were charged $28 for his meal. We ordered at 2.45pm.
At 3.10pm we were still waiting for our meals. I asked the single worker how much longer our meals would take. I wasn't given a time, instead said "Yeh it's coming. We're about to close." I asked if I could expect my food before they closed. I was told the fish had to defrost first. So we were paying almost $30 for frozen fish. I asked for a refund as a frozen meal was not what we were expecting and we had been waiting almost 30minutes and had to go, I was told "we don't refund anything".
The food was dry, expensive and the service was tragic...oh and you have to do your own washing up to "keep costs down" where is my money going exactly??
