Absolutely disgusting. I dread getting a package pickup notice at the best of times due to the poor service I have always received here but today topped it off. After attending to pick up two parcels the man at the counter told me they only had one despite pulling up the details on the computer infront of me which stated it was at the location. He looked three or four times over a 30 min period and kept coming back stating it wasn't there and it was the postmans fault not his. I could see from the counter a huge mess of parcels some labeled fragile which he was throwing around while looking for mine. He came back and told me there was nothing he could do as it just wasn't there. I stated I received an email in addition to the notice I had handed to me and he told me to go and get the email. By this time he had started to become extremely rude even stating it was my fault it wasn't there. I returned with the email and the female employee started helping him look again. ...read more
The staff at this post office don't know what they are doing. I regularly do posting (packages, parcels) so I know the products in which they sell here.
Whenever I ask for an item, they give me a different item because they always run out of stock (such as postage bags and boxes). They state that it is better using the packaging they offer me,,...however I have to pay double the price for it, which is a rip off i must say.
They are very rude, don't offer good advise, and very slow.
On January 11th, 2014 I went to pick up my parcel which contained my phone at Marayong Post Office and I took my passport that was not expired and I had only my learners drivers license ID card that contained my name and address. I was served by a staff who looked over my passport and ID and flatly told me that I cannot use my passport or the ID card because it wasn\'t vaild and I needed a vaild ID card that had my photo, name and address. I explained to them that my license is suspended at the moment and have had my license removed so besides my passport my old learners license is the only ID I had at the moment. They still refused and told me that an 18+ card will do and when I told them that I didn\'t have one they then proceeded to tell me, \"Well go get one\" I left the post office frustrated because the package that was on hold at Marayong post office was a replacement phone that I had ordered and needed it for work. Also I have a heavy ...read more
As I stood in the line today, I watched as a staff served customers without a word, simply raising eyebrows at them and making a high pitched grunting sound. Amused, I thought I'd smile and ask how the staff's day was going. However, I was served by another staff who took both my consignment details and gave them to another staff to find, and then pointed for me to wait out of the line. Meanwhile customers were lining up to pick up other items before the store shut and I exchanged pleasantries with a few of the locals, discussing Christmas mayhem and plans. After about 10 minutes, out came my packages, two of which were small and one that was about 60cm x 10cm x 20cm with a HUGE, red "Fragile" sticker on its front. Well, the staff dropped the box, smack into the carpet. "It's okay," staff said "it's only carpet." When I asked the other staff whether they'd help carry it to the car, they looked at me like I'd slapped them. "Organise it yourself. Or get ...read more
