I had a good expirence with marion air, Our air con broke down over chritmas and it was stinking hot in our house.
I found marion air too be quick and efficient with install of my new system with in a week of purchasing it.
I couldn't be happier with my new Fujitsu ducted system the tradesmen were polite and did a fantastic job. Thanks again Marion Air

Worst service I have ever come across. Not even interested in fixing the faulty damper, which has never worked, installed the incorrect damper controller when I specifically requested the WiFi version, wont return phone calls, ignore emails.
They take your money and run.

Definitely not a company I would recommend to any one shopping for an Air Conditioner.

Pity of the matter is they were recommended to me by a good friend who is very upset that they have let both of us down.

I should have realised how poor these guys would be when I went into a stinking hot showroom for a place that sells air conditioners and there was some mumbled excuse about not being able to fix it. We spoke to what I assume was the sales person, who was a nice enough person, but didn't listen to us. He kept trying to force brochures on us for the specific brand we said we didn't want as we had had major issues before with that brand.
He spoke on the phone to the guy that would give us a quote. He was to call us that afternoon to arrange to come over either the next day or the following day. He declined the sales guy's offer to talk to us then to arrange it. That afternoon came and went without a call, then the next day came and went and the following as well with no contact. Disinterested sales person didn't want to come to personally look at my set up, instead they quoted over the phone. Installer never showed on the day promised, causing a lot of inconvenience (took a day off without pay to give them access, had to move furniture to clear installation area only to move it back again). After calling the office they said they forgot / neglected to put the paperwork through which is why they never showed or called. If the company is incompetent with mere paperwork, heavens knows what their installation and after sales service is like. Steer clear of this company. Zero out of five.

Good tech, good job, but way more expensive than they said it would be for a service. I would recommend them but i would highly recommend getting a quote as I feel ripped.
