I give this martial arts studio the highest recommendation. The senior instructors Ray and Tam are beyond exceptional as mentors and teachers for the kids classes. They encourage confidence, resilience and life skills, along with exceptional martial arts training to support young children growing into successful confident adults. They encourage good old fashion morals and ethics which is an absolute pleasure to witness. Personally having trained at the studio and now along with the next generation, as a family we couldn’t be happier with our experiences. It’s Especially wonderful to train in such a supportive environment with instructors who genuinely care about each and every individual who put a uniform on to improve themselves and learn martial arts. The Sargeant’s are such a beautiful and amazing family and this translates into their passion for success for all their students. I can’t thank them enough for our successes and support.

My 3 children have been coming here for over 3 years it’s been amazing watching their confidence grow and their rooms actually staying clean ?? not only has Tammy and Ray helped my children in training they have also helped my children to handle issues at school with bullies and calling me to see how they are coping with it. I have trained under Master Ray Sargeant, I have in the past trained with other Martial Art Schools & there was no comparison to Master Sargeants (MASA). It is VERY friendly and family orientated. Yourself or your children will learn to defend yourselves in the original form of Martial Arts & in the process gain fitness, discipline in the mind and body. I highly recommend it to anyone.

I am a mother of a young boy who was angry his dad left. For 3 years I tried a few different activities for him and when I learned martial arts could help him I then enrolled him in a school. Martial Arts SA was the fifth school I tried!!!! I cannot believe how professional they are and the difference they have made to my son and the relationship I now have with him! I had found other schools far too aggressive and not identifying individuals that need more attention. I now have a son who is so excited about going to class. They teach the original form of Taekwando....and they are the only people that do that in Adelaide. They are also the only Martial Arts Centre to have WON the Messenger Business Awards!
