It's been a while since I've been to Masters and I'd forgotten how pricey they were.
We were looking for a bathtub and found a great tub (black outside, white inside) for the hefty tag of $2,349.
Jumped online a found a similar option for $699 elsewhere.
Pays to shop around!
Did come away with a new toilet roll holder tho (for $29) but these too range up to around $100.
If you appreciate good service then I would give Masters a swerve.........we had shopped there 3 x times, and each time they fail on the service. We wanted a vanity unit lifted down from a shelf today....... approached a group of 4 x staff member's and asked another person there to assist....the person went over and paged someone else.....after a 10 minute wait approached a desk and advised still waiting for assistance, was told someone would be with us shortly...... we were the only customers in the bathroom area and plenty of staff trying to look busy..too many chiefs and not enough Indians....will not shop there again ......
Fabulously huge home improvement store at Robina. It's great to have more of these stores popping up around the Gold Coast. A bit of competition to the other home improvement shops never goes astray for buyers. Plenty of parking out front, and big trolleys (with seats for the kiddies) There's always a friendly staff member to greet you as you enter the store. I popped in early one morning when staff were still having their meeting off to one side. They were all revved up and doing their "Masters chant"- Give me an M! Give me an A! Give me an S! Give me a T! ...you get the drift!? It was funny and cute. Myself & others were having a giggle watching them, then they all hit the floor enthusiastic to help customers. Great work Masters!
Wow! For everything including the kitchen sink! This is a hardware store on steroids!
