Wow, i must admit i have mix thoughts about this maccas. When it first opened, they carried the franchise name with great service. But my last experience, I'm not sure if they are aware of their appalling customer service. Yes it gets busy in around dinner time but that is expected of any popular restaurant or take out place. So we made our order using the new ordering panel. We waited about half an hour for our order which we didn't mind at the time knowing it will be extra fresh. While waiting i witness an upset customer making a complaint to the staff about her order. She said she had to drive all the way back after just coming home to discover what she ordered was not even in her take away bag. I felt sorry for the lady as she was ordering meals for her family. The staff couldn't offer her anything but to make sure she got what she ordered. Standing there i was thinking, thank god I'm dining in. Given this Maccas is pretty new and is only 5 minutes from home and 24 hours, i'm quite content knowing i can do a quick drive-thru if ever i'm being lazy or feeling like fatty food. This maccas worked out well when i was pregnant, having cravings at midnight for chicken nugguts, easily fixed. The service is a lot better than other maccas i have been to and drive thru is very quick. I have never had to wait in the waiting bay for my order. The first time i came across the hunger buster deal was at this maccas. $9.95; a big mac, a cheese burger, medium chips, medium drink, and choice of an apple pie of sundae. All that for $9.95, was a bargain. But hunger buster has moved on to another maccas. This maccas is still very clean which means the play area for kids is also very clean. I take my son here occasional before we do grocery shopping at coles and he loves the play area. Keeps him busy and not many other kids around so i don't have to worry about accidents.
