I was stunned at the quality of food that could only have been deliberately placed in bag and given to me as 'disposal'. I purchased hash browns for the kids. But when we returned to the freeway, they opened the bag to be greeted with hash browns so burned that they were inedible. In disbelief that McDonalds thinks it is okay to take my money and give me nothing in return - food that could not be consumed. Why should I have to pay for your mistake? Had to tell the kids that McDonalds played a mean joke on us.
