Literally the worst service I have ever experienced. was told to wait for a drink, 15 minutes later they had obviously forgotten about us, went to ask what happened and was told to go back to my car that my drink was coming. pathetic, took another 5 minutes for a regular cola, and not even a sorry let alone a discount.
Well the problem with this store is definitely its size both in the store and in the carpark which can make it incredibly hard to park. Because of where it is located in the city it is also hard to get street parking sometimes. Inside it is so crowded and the lines are very long when I have been there. Also we had a lot of trouble with getting the right order. We had to also go back for sauce after we had paid separately for it.
This would have to be the worst McDonald's store I have ever had the misfortune to enter. The store was filthy with food and rubbish scattered over the table and floors and the floor was not even clean. Staff were very unfriendly, as though serving customers was just such an effort. Outside the store in the eating area and parking lot was an absolute disgrace. I have never seen a McDonalds store like this and I was quite taken aback by it.
