In our experience staff from this firm lacked initiative and follow through. Following inspection, we expressed strong interest in a property going to auction. One staff didn't get back to us on several queries we made and generally failed to follow up with us. When we sought a final inspection before the auction date, we received utterly conflicting accounts from the different staff handling the property regarding whether or not an offer had already been made and accepted (despite their having guaranteed we would be informed of any pre-auction offers: hello, the vendors might like to know there are multiple parties interested before cancelling their auction!!). And it was clear they were all in favour of a good old fashioned gazump as well. My advice is if you are buying a property from them, sign the day your offer is accepted.
