No problem with the service, or the ease of booking the call. The friendly electrician used a powered screw driver to undo the outside light cover that I hadn't been able to undo, and then replaced the dead globe. It took him 10 minutes at the most. But the $228 bill emailed to me was an utter shock. I complained, and McIntosh subsequently reduced it to $187. Still excessive (I run a small strata block and am familiar with tradies' charges), and it's not clear what I was paying for: there was no breakdown of costs. The invoice said simply "supply and replace globe". I won't be calling them again.
