Real butchers are a dying breed - but these guys don't seem to know that! It's always busy, and I think I know why. They're there to give suggestions, to do the 'butchery' things that a real butcher does best.
Price is OK, though what is probably their best 'value' if you don't like paying a lot is their bulk packs of meat (think roast or BBQ or chicken packs), a weeks' worth of meat in one fowl swoop (see what I did there?)
More than that though to be honest what I love most is their smallgoods section - it's huge, and I'm hungry thinking about it.
