Like Bruce Lee learn Grand Master Yip Man's styleOffering separate classes for kids, adults and woman. Wednesdays are wooden dummy group classes for this we have 6 adults and 4 kids solid hardwood Dummies in total. Normal Classes consist of 50% punching & kicking bags cardio then 50% Wing Chun forms & techniques. This is the most complete and progressive Wing Chun training coarse where the individual student's size, gender, age and circumstances are taken into account whilst being taught.
