Had to take my bosses car there for a routine service. After they told me it would be ready by 2pm but called at 5pm saying it was ready (hence getting stuck in peak hour traffic in a cab) they were rude and spoke down to me trying to use 'technical' terms. Had to take it back as there was a MAJOR oil leak. Couldn't get in for weeks, when I finally did they were once again extremely rude saying it was not their fault and could not gaurantee I'd have it back the same day (after taking it in at 8:30am the same morning). While I was in the waiting room listening to the staff talk amongst themselves which included, complaining about other customers and swearing with each other, another customer came in complaining too. I felt like clapping when she was done! After an hour and a half of waiting turns out THEY didn't put a washer between the oil cap so it was leaking...surprise surprise. After they were rude and short I got out of there. NEVER go there.
