Staff were useless, so branch manager assigned me his 2IC.
Wont wash my car, charged me for last weeks warranty invoice and parts I've given them. Shouts, lies and lies, never apologizes
Not a single word of apology. It's funny how review websites defend horrible businesses with their limitations.
I've heard worse and had worse treatment from Metro Renault staff.
Friendly customer service from the salesman at the test drive. Knowledge of th vehicle he was selling was good. Test drive route was average but can't do much better in the area the dealership is.
Reasonable coffee and biscuits offered :) Kids got hot chocolates.
The downside is that if you don't go with their finance they try to delay the delivery so you end up taking their finance offer.
Level of customer service drops after you signed on the dotted line.
