I can honestly say in all my years of dealing with customer service, this has been by far the best experience??

Our Smeg fridge stopped cooling which as anyone can imagine is quite an emergency! One phone call is all it took before the team at Metropolitan Appliance services were on our doorstep to pick up the faulty fridge and supply us with another whilst they addressed the problem.To our delight, due to unexpected time delays in obtaining spare parts, they offered to replace the faulty fridge with a brand new Smeg fridge at no cost!!

We are elated with the outcome and can't thank the boys enough for their friendly, professional and efficient service. ?? ?? ??

Called LG re my ice maker in my fridge and they put me onto these guys. Told them what was wrong, they sent a guy out who charged me $130 to push two buttons, which told him a code which he then used to order a part. Firstly: could I not have done this over the phone at first instance? Seems ridiculous that perhaps he could have come with the part and we would have all moved on with our lives right then... Anyways, they then changed the price of quote (YES - an actual written quote) in the middle of a job. Told me that no one had been out to my house before and that I needed to pay another call out fee - just generally rude and terrible customer service - They do not care about their customers - if they did I wouldn't be on here trying to save the lives of strangers on the internet. ...read more

Contrary to most reviews on this site, I am happy to post a very posiitve review.

Took the poor performing microwave to MAS for much needed attention, realistically expected to be without said microwave for a few days minimum, if not weeks.

Left applicance with MAS at 15:15, travelled to other parts of the metro region for business, before we had arrive home received call from MAS that applicance was fixed and ready for collection. All done in less than 2 hours, can't ask for better service than that.

Most ageeable pleasant staff all to willing to assist.

My daughter had a very bad experience with this company. she was new to Perth and young. When she rang we had told her to check the call out fee. The women who spoke to her said it was $47.90.

When the service men came she was at work and was told the call out fee was $130 .
We don't have the full cost yet but I feel she was deliberately misled.

If they'd told her $130 call out she would have callled her Dad back and he would have said "Get a new Machine'
When she told the office ( a different woman this time) she had bveen misled this woman was extremely aggressive.
Not my bait to write reviews but Id give this firm a bit miss.

Disgusting service and attitudes from the entire team of staff - including the owner of the business. I am revolted by the level of Unprofessionalism and misogynistic behaviour displayed by staff. I cannot write a worse review.
