Terrible customer service. Within 20 minutes of making an erroneous purchase online I emailed to cancel the order (no phone contact possible). Despite this they chose to send the product against my request. I checked that return to sender would be appropriate and they agreed but then when the product was returned to them they indicated that i should not have used return to sender function. They then insistent that only store credit would be provided and only after the cost of shipping in both directions deducted (despite free shipping). Without evidence I was told the shipping cost was $17 for a small package (spotlight) each direction, then when I asked for evidence this being their cost the number was increased to $26.45 each way (again with no evidence). So for a $90 purchase they wad to claim $52.90 for shipping and want to only credit me $37.10.
