I and me family are there every Saturday. Always a good experience. A very friendly attitude from the manager and staffs. Good food and of course great coffee is what we get every Saturday. These people never go wrong. Love this place.

The first and last time I’ll be eating here! I’m assuming the young man who is the manger was called by the barista, who was standing a step away from the counter for service. Clearly his phone and heating a muffin for himself were far more important. He begrudgingly took my order, threw the change at me and went and sat to eat. Here I am still standing at the counter wondering what happens next, I asked the lady at the counter making coffees if I was meant to get a number or anything or just take a seat. Her response was “ he should have given you all that and told you it would be bought out” had a pie and it was the most disgusting thing I have eaten, it was hard, dry and tasteless, I pushed half of it aside and I’m sorry definetly no value for money here when a pie a milkshake and a small squeeze sauce came to $15! Will never be back again and will never recommend this cafe to anyone.

Awful management screamed at me in the centre. Not the way to treat customers. Will never go back again was informed by the hair dresser near that it occurs often. Would give no stars but that isn't an option.

I ordered a 21st birthday cake from Michel's Patisserie online website under the 'create your own cake' function a week before the cake was required. I received an online confirmation email 2 min after paying for my order online by credit card. I called to confirm the order at the Macarthur Square store and was told by the management that if I had received the confirmation email then everything should be fine. I went to pick up the cake on the day the party was on and was told by the management that they had no such order. I was devastated and disgusted at their defensive attitude and their unwillingness to help out blaming everything on the head office which owned and managed the online ordering side of the business. It was only when I called head office and they called the store that I was offered a free (leftover)small cake which did not compensate at the devastation I felt at having a 21st party with no cake.
