Mick's Reblocking

I was reffered to Tom Belles at Mick’s Reblocking from a neighbour who was very satisfied with his work. I called him on a Friday asking for him to come to give me a quote. He answered no problem, but he didn’t have his calendar handy at that moment. He asked me to text him my address and he would get back to me about the specific time he could come on Monday. I was thrilled he could come so soon. I texted him my address immediately. No answer. Monday came and I sent him another text to tell him when I wasn’t going to be home. Still no answer. Monday came and went. No sign of Tom Belles at all. If he didn’t have time to come, or if he was too busy, I would have preferred being told the truth instead of being misled.

Fabulous, thorough, entirely satisfactory work from these courteous and friendly gentlemen. Very reasonable quotation and no corners cut. Everything explained. And do they love a cup of coffee!

I keep recommending these guys, because their service and work was just so good. Everytime I hear one of those monumental re-blocking horror stories (and there are a lot of them going around), I just feel smug in the knowledge that I had the best re-blocker in Melbourne.

They came over to our house April 2013 for a quote and was great, very friendly & explained to us the work required. We weren't ready to get the work done at the time, which they were aware of.

Few months later I called and we agreed to meet to confirm the original quote and what was required to start the job. On the day, they never showed up nor responded to any of my call of text messages.



Great initially with the quote, but failed to show to confirm everything.
