Beautiful food, beautiful people and brilliant location.
The delicious smells that waft out of Minimos make it a difficult place to pass by. The food is super chic blending classic cafe with the local influences of middle eastern in perfection fusion. The chefs are amazing and clearly take their work seriously and with great enthusiasm. The place is a delight to return to. Our family rolls up regularly and we are always warmly welcomed no matter how busy they are. Claudio and Colleen go out of their way to create an environment that is super friendly while Jay on the coffees, does his work with a quiet efficiency that ensures the caffeine hit is on your table within minutes. Lost order, late, meal cold, rude staff
Minimo lost our order, 40 minutes later the trio beans turned up and were cold in the middle so I left them. Girlfriend had finished her eggs by that time. The wait staff was very nice but the other staff would say sorry sir, now that will be .... ,. I asked if I had to pay for the cold beans, "Yes Sir, we are busy today". I feel so stupid in paying the full amount, the good news is this is a lesson learnt.
