I was lucky enough to do a photoshoot for this cafe so got to sample the majority of the menu. With a new chef, it looks like they have turned things around from the old reviews because all of the food was exceptional. From the presentation to the quality of food this place is a great destination cafe in an area that is really picking up.
Another pop in to Minnie Miny Mo as i was doing another car service. Nothing has changed since then. Still same service and same quality of coffee and food. No wait timethis time round and compared to last time the coffee was actually hot and better to drink. It was a week day and not so busy as it was just before 10am. A lot of orders on the go even though there were plenty of seats available to relax for a bit. I enjoyed my coffee while reading newspaper as i had to wait for my car service to be completed so i guess they didnt mind me being in their cafe not doing much for a period of time as it was nice a peacful for me.
Average coffee place. Stopped by Minnie Miny Mo for a pit stop and a coffee while i waited for my car to be service. Didn't order any food but the coffee size was slightly bigger than the usual i would get in Melbourne CBD. I waited about 15 mins for my coffee even though they were not that busy. I thought the size was generous but the taking my first sip, i found my coffee was not hot enough. It was warm and soon to be cold. I couldn't be bothered waiting for another fresh one so i did not say anything as i waited already 15 minutes and did not have time to wait for another one. The cafe seems to attract customers as i was not the only one in there. There were others seated for lunch. Cosy looking cafe and what caught my attention was the name of the cafe, Minnie Miny Mo - it is different with the pictures of a bow tie, coffee cup and a mustache. Overall experience was ok, except only wish my coffee was super hot so i did not have to drink it so fast before it got cold.
Im really sorry guys...the place looks great, but couple days ago while I was waiting for my lunch I saw a little mouse running in the corner of the shop!!!and apart from that I ordered chicken avo wrap and it was at least 3 days old! Avocado was Black n chicken was so hard to chew :( very disappointed
