Mitre 10 Australia - Head Office

Mitre 10 rewards cards - what a scam. Points added to the cards are only valid for 12 months!!! That's not a true 'reward' for loyalty and encouraging non-Bunnings hardware shopping. To my way of thinking, a true 'reward' would be a permanent offering.
I was planning to use my tidy collection of Mitre 10 reward points to buy something decent - like a power tool. I was really disappointed to discover that my cache of reward points were slowly dwindling.
The reward points equate to a 3% discount - not worth the effort for such a lame (and mean) loyalty system. I will be tearing up the card and unsubscribing to the fluffy spam emails Mitre 10 sends.....

Hubby did a round trip of over 50klms today to purchase a product on sale through your latest catalogue. Sorry, none in store we weren't sent any but would you like to buy this. No thankyou, just wanted advertised item. Comment for staff member, if we had them in store would have bought one myself. Bad Business there Mitre10. Hubby and I have always shopped in our local Mitre10 but this sort of thing is just not on.Might just go to Bnnings after all.

Why would you advertise garden sheds on the front page of your catalogue and not be able to supply. I ordered and paid 2 weeks ago and still no shed. You like to support the little guy but that’s a bit rich unfortunately I have now gone elsewhere

Just a heads up for your website.....I have tried to look for items and the site comes up with everything to do with what I want ....BUT NOT THE PRODUCT! I have tried over time to use your website and to be blunt it is a disaster! You definetly need to revamp the way the items appear. We follow the link to store and suburbs and guess what NO ITEM. If you want to get people to use you website PLEASE make it easy to use.....It is at the moment very frustrating! I for my part am opting to use Bunnings websit as it is precise and easy to follow... Sorry guys you miss out on my money and if I am not bothering using you and your website then how many others are opting for a another website which delivers????? Star rating is a big fat 0. I would be looking into this small reminder if you want to have customers looking on line wanting to buy...Guess what they will be like us and heading to Bunnings!
