Mortdale Veterinary Hospital has been caring for the pets of Oatley, Mortdale, Lugarno, Peakhurst, Penshurst, Hurstville, Riverwood and surrounding areas since 1977 when it was first established by Stephen Watson B.V.Sc(Hons). A registered "A" Class Hospital open 7 days a week from 8.30am to 7.00 pm for consultations and surgery, with our own in-house pathology and X-Ray facilities, modern surgery & comprehensive anaesthetic and surgical equipment. All facilities are fully air-conditioned for the comfort of our patients and their owners. Consultations are also available for nutritional, behavioural and geriatric problems. Dogs love our warm Hydrobath for shampoos & flea rinses. Dog and cats can be boarded for long or short stays with extra care for those with special needs (e.g. diabetic or geriatric). Puppy Pre-School courses are held on the first three weeks of each month to aid you in caring for and socialising your new puppy. We can also arrange for further advanced training with professionals.
