MT Compass Gourmet Country Butchers

I know it must be hard to be a small business in a small town, but these guys are just too expensive for me. Their range is fantastic - and the cuts are good quality (when my parents are paying I buy schnitzel from here!), and they're certainly never busy. However $5-10 per kg more than in Victor Harbor which is just down the road is a premium I'm not going to pay.
