Muffin Break

Always good service, good food and in my experience, they have never got an order wrong.

Every time I have been here, I have had great service with a smile. I am just so glad to be able to get a gluten free sweet muffin from Muffin Break that is always wonderfully tasty. The only reason I gave a half star less is the GF savoury muffins don't quite hit the spot in the same way....

It was late afternoon when I was desperate for a cappuccino and so I lined up at Muffin Break, Chermside Shopping centre.



The two girls on the counter were absolutely swamped-and they certainly had their work cut out for them with one woman complaining about not getting her coffee and a line of customers.



These two staff worked hard to please everyone, but they only had four hands.

The coffee I had was pretty standard, though that is because the coffee used is most likely from a bag and not fresh.



All in all I feel that this Muffin Break is under-staffed, making peak periods really hard for the genuinely hard-working staff.

More staff and better quality coffee will help this business thrive.



The muffin I had wasn't too bad either, but freshness is a must as not every muffin I had felt fresh.
