Just had another mechanic check my battery because kmart said it was likely to die soon. 2nd mechanic said it was perfectly fine and dying batteries are unpredictable. Complete waste of time and money that I really don't have! Worst type of service there is.

Although I have been happy with this shop for years, today they wasted 3/12 hours of my time by not listening to my call when I booked in and then not listening to me when I also requested an oil leak be checked, which was not done when I arrived to pick up the vehicle.



(This was the second time I had not been listened to as the other branch) had done the exact same thing!!)



I had asked for petrol to be topped up so that they could see where the petrol leak was coming from at the top, when fuel was put in. Both branches should have informed me that they are not able to assist with this and referred me to their other branch, which can!



Not a great effort in customer service & the staff serving me simply stated it wasn't him that booked the call, which may have been fair enough, but it was them who neglected to check the oil as requested and they offered no apology for not following through with this.

Kmart tyre and Auto have top quality fast and efficent service. They are polite and understanding with great value for money.
