I had my car serviced at the Helensvale auto shop and my car nearly break down 2 days later. I found out that I paid for a full service and NONE of it was done. I had a call out mechanic tell me that the air filter was dirty and not cleaned or replaced, the brake fluid was dirty and not changed, the radiator fluid was water only and not topped up, the windscreen wiper water was not filled. They also did not communicate to me that my clutch needed replacing urgently and has resulted in me not being able to drive my car for 2 weeks.

I am disgusted with Helensvale Kmart Tyre & Auto! My son paid $1300 for a service, new struts, shocks and 2 tyres about 4 weeks ago, he's had 2 mechanics check the car since then & both said the service wasn't done properly as the air filters hadn't been cleaned & the struts & shocks looked second hand, or at best really poor quality. Don't know how they could justify $1300!!??

From the first phone call when Sue answered the phone and was very knowledgeable/helpful she really is a credit to Helensvale tyre and auto!
Service was great and I will be back didnt feel like I was getting ripped off. Work that had to be done was and the car is running very well.
