Myer

Iam a visitor to Toowoomba and while shopping at Myers Toowoomba I found one lady in the perfume department to be so stuck up and really had no interest in serving me. Some of the staff in Myers should realize they are only SHOP ASSISTANTS.

This Myers does not have much of a range of products/brands and when there is something I want, most times they don't have my size which is very frustrating. Also I purchased a bed here a little while ago, and when I received mine it felt nothing like the one that was on display in the shop. For the price I paid it was very disappointing.

Got some really nice makeup advice from the beauty section, although after I told them my price range, they still tried to upsell me something completely out of it. The makeup I got from there however is long lasting, and brand 'natio', inwhich I bought is not tested on animals and therefore a good product to be sold. Also a good price and the cheapest foundation I have bought. Also bought a very beautiful guess wallet on sale here, and it is very good quality. definatley worth being a member of myer, as the card doesn't expire and can be used anywhere in the store in australia!

wonderful place to shop, the variety is great..if you need help, that is staff you will need plenty of time to shop, as this store seems to be short on staff and service,you neally feel guilty to ask for assistance..

I waited 40 minuets to be served in the electrical- home entertainment area on Monday afternoon. Not enough staff was the problem, the staff were both busy with other customers that took the whole time I waited to be served, then one man finished serving then immediately served some one that come up to the counter and yes I had been seen by him. I almost walked out.
