The difference with my method of massage is the speed at which the massage is performed. It is slow, which enables greater depth without as much discomfort - and allows the muscle fibres to respond without damaging them.

My background in the fitness industry enables me to provide exercises and stretches that will help.

It is remedial in nature, naturally relaxing.

The approach is consultative - and feedback is always appreciated during and after the massage, at any time.


I work from my apartment in Mosman which is how I keep pricing so reasonable.


Hours:

9am-9pm, 7 days by appointment.


Pricing:

1.0 hour - $75
1.5 hours - $95
2.0 hours - $120
2.5 hours - $155
3.0 hours - $195
3.5 hours - $235
4.0 hours - $280

Home Visit - add $30
