Timber Supplies in BrisbaneNarangba Timbers Brisbane supplies a large range of timber products for an even larger range of applications. These include Timber Decking, Timber Flooring, Landscaping, Structural Support and Timber Cladding. We offer Click and Collect from our Brisbane Warehouse in Narangba as well as next day delivery throughout South East Qld, Northern NSW and Toowoomba. We are a family held business that first opened our doors in 1972 with the aim of providing the best timber possible to a growing Brisbane region at competitive prices.
Wanting to build a deck around the pool and not really knowing how to go about it, I took rough measurements to form a plan and dropped into see the boys at Narangba Timbers for a quote. The layout and estimate was done for me, so I had the materials delivered and away I went with the build. From time to time I needed info over the phone as to what went where and was always helped in the right direction. The estimate on the materials was absolutely bang on with special thanks to Anthony. Very happy with the team.

Totally unhelpful. Phoned up direct from a google directory search as just assumed a timber place would satisfy the majority of timbers for fencing (didn’t have a chance at the time to check the website) I was willing and prepared to spend money at this business but When they didn’t have the product I enquired about (split hardwood posts) but mentioned an alternative which I had not had any opportunity to research or check out on their website I happily asked their advice on recommended sizing for the job I was hoping to do and was basically sarcastically spoken to and laughed at like I was some idiot - apologies in advance for asking a normal question for a product I hadn’t yet had opportunity to research you are supposed to be the subject matter expert in fenceing but appears your staff are more subject matter expert at ridiculing customers. My company has been using Narangba Timbers for many years now without any issues. Unfortenetly I was treated very very badly recently during a phone conversation. The "gentlman" who answered the phone instantly gave the impression that dealing with customers was an inconveniance. He was rude from the moment he answerd the phone. I simply wanted to know if they stocked a certain profile. Within the 2 minuet call, I was interunten multible times and spoken down to. He also told me that I had made a mistake on my measuremens. Not only was this not the case, but I am a triple certified engineer.
