I was there yesterday had a very good experience , the lady who cut my hair was very friendly and did a very good job , her name is Roz and I highly recommend Naser Hair cuts for all my friend because Naser him self and his Team is very professional.

Today I went with my highscool kid for a normal haircut. Haircut was not too bad but at the counter he was charged extra 4 dollars. When asked he was very rude and yelling in the shop in a language other than English and don't know it's a bad language. Any way retuned the money back. It is a very bad experience and the owner should know how to respect his clients who are paying for his services. No customer will come back if they are not treated with respect even if they offer a cheap haircut.

I have been going to Naser for some time coz of the price and location. So far the cuts have been average as staff changes frequently.
Recently I had my worst cut ever from the owner itself. He is always been unfriendly, arrogant and argumentive with customers on cut requirements. As usual being asked 'what cut and etc', told him accordingly and he have seen my style previosuly as I am a regular on a monthly basis. And he messed up my cut made it look like a crew cut. Come on, if I wanted that why would I explain to you the cut style I wanted.
Because of his contemporary hair cut business model, I expected him to also give ideas and advice customers on their cuts based on face shape and outlook. Naser cuts are a unique professional barber shop . I have taken my son to a number of barber shops and hairdressers across Perth and never seemed to walk away that impressed . We stumbled across Nasers cuts shop while visiting another store in the area . The staff were friendly and professional and my son will now not go anywhere else . They have always given him a fantastic haircut that he constantly receives compliments on . I have recommended many people go to Naser and they have all had positive experiences. I think this is the best barber shop I have come across.
