Neighbour Washing Machine & Refrige

I had a terrible experience with Appliance Care Services. They took my money, $165, for the pleasure of not repairing my washing machine - as a matter of fact, it was worse than when they started.

In exasperation, I was recommended by a colleague at work to try Neighbour Services - they were fantastic. Came on time, found the fault immediately, had the parts on hand for my relatively ageing ASKO washing machine and price was very reasonable.

The most rude, expensive customer service I have ever had the misfortune to be associated with. Be prepared for your wife to have to pay upfront (even if she has no knowledge about that beforehand) or risk getting yelled at in her own home. $286 gets you half an hour of their time - oh and they won't be early by any stretch of the imagination. The job was completed but honestly we cannot understand the incredibly expensive price tag - $286 for a latch and seal to be replaced - honestly??
