My laptop was hacked and I was not able to access anything! Received the dreaded ransom request but ignored and took the advice of other reviewers who recommended Nick at Nerdcore, just down the road from home. Good decision! Within the same day my computer was back and functioning as normal. the service was efficient and reasonably priced, the explaination of issues explained in 'plain speak' so I am happy to recommend them to others.
