I've been a massage therapist for over 20 years and now I'm specialising in techniques that bring regulation to the nervous system. Long standing muscles contraction happens when the nervous system is in a constant vigilant state.
Regulating the nervous system will allow the body systems to work in harmony.
I believe that our bodies have an innate healing capacity. I use Remedial Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Craniosacral Therapy and Reiki to support your body in its own healing process.
