Quote was more expensive then all others received, including with the '25% off' as stated on their website. Without the supposed '25% off' quote would have come in at more than $10,000 compared to all other quotes received.
Salesman used false and misleading information to get the job, including stating things (such as reusing the existing leaf guard) could be done when, if he had been a roofer and checked himself, he would have know it wasn't possible; as well as lying about the products being used and blaming other companies for using Chinese products where theres are all Australian made(turns out either he was lying about the other companies OR they used Chinese products - either way he ...read more
Huge mistake accepting Newcastle Roofing Professionals quote. We started the ordeal almost 3 months ago and the leak in our roof still isn't repaired, even though we paid them in full after they did the initial work. They don't contact us for weeks at a time, make the same excuses over and over again. The impression we get is that they are looking for a quick and dirty fix so they can keep our money without meeting their obligations. No intention of doing the work correctly, even after multiple attempts. Completely disillusioned.
If you feel like making a large cash donation to a local business, then go ahead. Otherwise, look somewhere else.
I'd give them zero stars if I could.
